No, it is not mandatory but is suggested for professional development. You can volunteer in other areas of your community.
We have a business model that is evidenced based for successful integration of contractors or small businesses to succeed in maintaining a caseload. It’s the secret –sauce from learned experiences scaled and put into action.
When there is a request for services from your area, a market research is completed to determine the best marketing routes for community engagement. It generally takes 3-6 months to complete this process.
Our Market Rate for services is $75/hr for a GCM for the first year. Those that desire to operate as a business owner (LLC) can earn more. Commission is available for some in new market areas.
